**Professional, licensed security services will be required for events serving alcohol. Two (2) professional, licensed Officers will be added to your final bill for $450 for 6 hours.
*** Your date will be reserved exclusively for you upon receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and a $2,500.00 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your balance. The balance of your event will be due on the designated dates.

Venue RENTAL:
- Guest accommodations for up to 120 guests
- 7 Hours of rental time broken down in the following increments:
- 2 hours of pre-setup time
- 4 hours of event time
- 1 hour of time to collect personal items and depart the venue
- Tables, chairs, and linens
- Gala’s in-house solid color silk overlays with base color underlays
- Additional linen options available
- VIP Lounge area with unique midtown atmosphere
- Spacious dance floor
- Elegant chandelier emerging from the center of the room with exquisite lighting.
- Display your photo montage on our flat screen TV
- Two gorgeous, engraved patio areas surrounded by lush lighted greenery, a trickling fountain & seasonal flowers
Bartender Service:
The Beverage Package consists of: Beverage Napkins, Straws, Ice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Bottled Water, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Limes, Lemons, Olives, and Cherries.
Catering Service:
LG’s Gala boasts an in-house catering staff guaranteed to satisfy the pickiest of eaters! When you choose to use our preferred vendors, you will receive the following:
- 1 Entrée, 2 side dishes, salad, dinner rolls, and 3 hors d’oeuvres
- Service staff – The Service team will remain on site the entire event to serve your guests and bus tables
- Cocktail hour – An assortment of hors d’oeuvres will be served Butler style to your guests
- Intimate Tasting for two (2) People
Event Planning & Management:
- Vendor Management
- Finalization meeting 45 days prior to your event where you will be assisted with picking out linens, designing your floor plan, and creating a timeline for your event
- On-site Event Manager/Wedding Day Coordinator
Valet Service:
- Valet service included for all events that have 90 or more guests
- Valets are licensed and insured
Wedding Services & Amenities:
- Elegant and private bridal suite
- 1 hour wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding
DJ Services:
- 1200 – watt sound system
- Second PA system for Wedding ceremony
- Microphone
- MC Event
- Intelligent event lighting
Security Services:

Additional Wedding Services:
LG’s Gala Event Venue does not have peak and off-peak seasonal pricing. We strive to remain consistent year-round to provide each couple with an unforgettable experience at a comfortable price.
LG’s Gala requires a 75-guest minimum for all Saturday events, and a 50-guest minimum for all events scheduled Sunday through Friday.
Additional services can be purchased a ’la carte for an additional fee. We would love to learn more about your special event so that we can build the package that best suits your needs. Some additional services that are available through our venue include:
