An Intimate wedding Venue located in Marietta, GA

Tables, chairs, and linens. We do not charge extra for specialty linens, nor is there a separate fee for our linens. With other venues, the linen fees are an additional cost with a starting rate of $28.00 per table.

Do you charge more for Peak Season?

No. LG’s Gala Event Venue does not charge more for “Peak Season”. We strive to give all clients an affordable event all year round.

How many events do you have per day?

We have 1 event per day. You do not have to pick a time slot for your special day. We will not rush you out the door for our next event.

Do you charge extra for specialty linens?

We do not charge extra for specialty linens and you get to choose whatever color you want.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Absolutely! We are one of the few venues that will allow you to bring in your own alcohol. When you leave you can take any alcohol you have left over.

There is not a restriction on time or when you can drink.

We do not charge a corkage fee. You and your guest will be provided elegant glassware and no plastic cups!

Other venues charge up to $40.00 per person and up to $400.00 per bartender.

Do you charge extra for a Wedding Coordinator?

No. A Day of Wedding Coordinator is included in your venue rental. Your Wedding Coordinator will be there during your one (1) hour wedding rehearsal to walk you through any last-minute concerns and will be at your disposal the day of your wedding.

When do we meet to discuss the details of my Special Day?

Your Finalization meeting will be held 30 days prior to your wedding day. No worries! We do everything in-house so that is more than enough time for us to make your dream come true. Your Finalization meeting will be scheduled for two (2) hours. We will go over all the specific details of your day. We will select all your linens, design your floor plan, and create a moment-by-moment timeline to ensure everything goes according to the plan.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes. While we do offer exceptional catering through the LG’s Magical Affairs catering team. We are one of the few venues that allows outside catering from a licensed and insured caterer. Please note that an outside catering fee will apply.

My wife lived out of state, so it was all up to me (the groom) to put together our wedding while also going to school, working, and looking at houses. The three wonderful organizers at Gala Events made all the planning stress free! Weeks after the event we still have family and friends commenting on how beautiful the reception was!! Listen, if you are still not sure about wedding venues, I personally recommend that you stop worrying and choose Gala Events. You won't regret it! One of the organizers, Connie, was so amazing that she helped organize our wedding, in person, even though it was her birthday!! How amazing is that?! For the rest of our lives my wife and I will always smile when looking back at our wedding photos, and I will always remember the first day I walked into their facility and fell in love with it. My greatest fear was that my Wedding Night would fall apart in one way or another, and be something I looked back on for the rest of my life and cringe a little bit. I am happy to say that with the help from Connie and Pam from the LG's Gala Event Venue, I can instead look back on my Wedding Day and smile. Honestly, Gala Event Venue ticked off every single box I could have ever wanted for planning our big day. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful in style and design, but also extremely affordable. We visited MANY, MANY venues prior to finding out about Gala, and were on the verge of just giving up and eloping. However, after our very first meeting and quote session with Gala we were absolutely sold!

Gala was a dream come true for me and my husband. I had the wedding of my dreams and on our wedding day we did not have to worry about anything.
